OBJECTIVES
Build an engaged and dynamic global ecosystem of accomplished black professionals and entrepreneurs leveraging their talent and resources to achieve their career, business and lifestyle aspirations
Provide professional organizations with exposure and access to a multi‐disciplinary community of accomplished professionals and entrepreneurs to enhance interactivity and collaboration.
Produce signature events to facilitate networking, career and business development, professional recognition and activate profitable relationships.
Raise awareness and recognition of the accomplishments of professionals and entrepreneurs of color to enhance marketplace value and provide role models.

Our Timeline
Who's Who in Black South Florida - 2007
In April 2007, Pamela M. Hutchinson (Publisher) and husband Jerome Hutchinson, Jr. launched the inaugural Who's Who in Black South Florida publication to an overflow audience of South Florida's most accomplished and influential black professionals and entrepreneurs.
Inaugural Publication & Reception - 2009
The first ICABA® Honors publication and reception was held in November 2009 with a sellout audience of over 600 at Nova Southeastern University.
2013-15 - New Offerings
ICABA adds its quarterly Business at Breakfast in 2013 and produces its first black-tie ICABA Honors recognizing Professionals of the Year in 15 different categories. ICABA launches new events including ICABA Welcomes for professionals new to the market. ICABA produces ICABA Salutes Atlanta's Distinguished Achievers in 2014 and in 2015.
ICABA Media Group - 2008
After Pam Hutchinson’s untimely death in 2007, her husband Jerome Hutchinson launched ICABA® Media Group, LLC in November, 2008 to build on their efforts with a social network, and year-round events targeting professionals and entrepreneurs of color to build relationships, and provide advertisers direct engagement with affluent consumers.
2010-12 - Survival and Growth
ICABA Salute to First Ladies of Worship (2010) is held, ICABA Honors Corporate Leaders & Academicians (2011) and in 2012, two major events and publications" ICABA Salutes Caribbean Leaders and ICABA Honors Community Leaders and Entrepreneurs. ICABA also launches its annual Business Forum.
2016-18 - Transition | Innovation | Expansion
ICABA transitions from a marketing, events and publishing company to a global organization. A new advisory board is formed and in February 2017, ICABAWorld.com adds a social network to its digital platform to export its value proposition worldwide.
